Grace Darcey joined The McManus Group in June 2024 and serves as Associate, Federal Affairs. Ms. Darcey researches and analyzes relevant legislative, regulatory, and policy proposals and assists the firm in briefing clients on developing market trends and emerging policy issues. Ms. Darcey also covers Congressional hearings and assists in managing office operations.

Prior to joining full-time, Ms. Darcey interned for The McManus Group from May through December 2023. Additionally, Ms. Darcey interned at Cogent Strategies, where she conducted legislative research and policy analysis. Darcey also served as the 2024 Spring Associate at Cooley Public Strategies, a public and government relations firm in Nashville, Tennessee. During her time at Cooley Public Strategies, Darcey assisted in grassroots and grasstops outreach, developed public relations and media strategies for clients, and furthered her legislative research skills.

Ms. Darcey graduated from Vanderbilt University in May 2024, earning her Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development and a Minor in Cognitive Studies. Darcey is native to the Washington, D.C. area; she enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and watching the Capitals.
